OUR STORY
Pocket Towns was born from a friendship that started sixteen years ago and a lot of lively mornings with toddlers in tow.
During maternity leave together, we often found ourselves chatting over coffee about what really kept our little ones busy. It always came back to the same thing, simple wooden toys and the kind of imaginative play that can stretch on for hours.
That’s when the idea for a portable wooden town first took shape. We wanted to create something that could pop up anywhere, giving children a space to play and explore while parents could actually sit back and enjoy the moment and the environment just as much.
We knew from the start that it had to be beautifully made. We chose sustainable birchwood for its strength and natural beauty and designed every piece to be open-ended, durable, and engaging without overwhelming little imaginations. Our goal has always been to create something that not only holds attention but also lasts over time, becoming part of everyday adventures and memories.
And so, Pocket Towns was created – a world of wonder, built for little imaginations.
Set-Up
Dimensions
Pocket towns fits perfectly within a minimum of 5m x 5m flat space. However, since the pockets are not connected, we have the flexibility to configure the town in various ways. This means that regardless of whether you have a smaller or larger area, we can tailor the town’s layout to fit your space in the most aesthetically pleasing way.
